FLEXISTRETCHER MASTER CLASS 9/21/18
Learn the fundamentals of working with the Flexistretcher from the creator, Rachel Hamrick. The FLX Training Method consists of hundreds of stretches and exercises all utilizing elastic resistance to improve flexibility and increase functional strength. Hamrick is a former professional ballet dancer and has designed the method to compliment ballet technique and address common alignment issues. She is based in NYC so this is a wonderful opportunity to learn the the method from her.
